Give Customers Thanks

Time for Us to Thank Customers and Followers With a Special Gift

So many things to do, so little time!  ‘That’ time of year is upon us.  Yes, there will be tension and more than a little bit of stress, but make time to relax and enjoy the flurry of holidays coming your way.  I love this time of year because it makes me think more about all of my customers, not just the ones we are working with at the moment.  I reflect on how much each of you has contributed to my business and how well we worked together to solve some of the problems that slow your business down.  My challenge is always how to thank customers.

The end of 2018 is no longer creeping in our direction; it is in full blown sprint mode.  Thanksgiving is looming this week, followed by the once official beginning to the holiday shopping season.  This is undeniably the busiest time of year for all small businesses.  Hopefully, you have finished planning for your small business growth in 2019.  Your strategic marketing plan is finished. Have you plugged in your blog/content editorial schedule for the first quarter of marketing next year?  Don’t forget that prep work for closing your books at the end of the year with thoughts toward maximizing your company deductions for taxes.

As my holiday shopping begins, I am challenged to find a way to give thanks to each of you.  This year I have an awesome, valuable gift for each of you as you wind down 2018.  I am thankful to Dan Jones, Owner and Chief Strategist of Paramount Publishing, Inc.   He accepted my request for an interview on the importance of video marketing.   Dan takes the latest and best ideas from the video marketing world,  then adds his talent and creativity to apply them to small business marketing.  His online marketing firm specializes in the latest in video processes taking the Internet by storm.

I originally approached Dan – in our local sports bar, over a Cleveland Cavs game – for an interview.   I asked him to help me give you more than just one more verbal or content nudge about the importance of video in your marketing plan.  Video is the next big step beyond nothing-but- text and that ‘picture is worth 1,000 words‘ for attracting customers.  He not only agreed, but took a HUGE step further by suggesting that he create a video to tell the story.   Dan created the following nine-minute video exclusively for me to share with you.

This video (there is even more, so be sure to read and view to the end of this issue) is our gift of thanks and appreciation to you this holiday season.

Wow!  Right?  I thought so too.  A picture may be worth ‘only’ 1,000 words.   Video moves us so much farther in the marketing process.  Video comes pretty close to being there in person to talk with a prospect.   Messages about skills, experience and talent, or our great products become so much easier to understand.  Your voice and personality shine through, convincing prospects you are the kind of person they want to do business with.  They can develop a feeling of trust from your video message.  In just a few minutes, you get a focused message to potential customers.  You get their attention, regardless of their stage of interest in who you are, what you do and what value you can bring.

Now, for the REAL gift of thanks for you.   Dan has generously offered to do a FREE – yes, I said FREE – $500 display ad for you to use anywhere on the Internet that you are marketing!  You can put this gift to work on your website, or any of your social media sites.   No kidding, it is free.  Dan obviously knows how to market his services to you and your small business.  What works better than a free sample?

Here is the link to Dan’s generous offer.  His offer is good from now until Midnight (Eastern Time zone) November 30th.  Don’t let this slip away from you, link now so you don’t miss out.  Dan’s team tries to get these done and back to you in 24 hours.  Depending on how many decide to take him up on this great offer, it may take a little longer.

How do you plan to thank your customers for their business and support this year?

Wishing all of my US customers, supporters and followers a wonderful day of giving thanks this Thanksgiving Day.

Everyone, wherever you are – enjoy joyous celebrations of the holidays your family and friends recognize and honor as 2018 nears its end
